Now located in Wodonga, Victoria
After 20 years creating traditional teddy bears
at Stanley in North East Victoria, Stewart
and I moved to Wodonga, on the border,
just across the Murray River from Albury.
The twin cities are a popular tourist
destination all through the year,
offering a wide range of activities.
Over the years, Stanley Bears
have become synonymous with
a range of original teddies
eagerly sought after by
collectors from around
Australia and worldwide.
Stanley Bears are similar in
some respects to the bears
created by Margaret Steiff in the early 1900’s. They are traditional bears created from fine German mohair and alpaca, as well as top
quality acrylic. All are fully jointed and filled with new non-allergenic polyester fibre. I use my own exclusive patterns. |
